Srinagar Nov 27 (KNO) : J & K State party President (JDU) G.m.shaheen addressed the press conference where he told the youth of Jammu and Kashmir have important role in state of jammu and Kashmir to gear up the peace in entire region also he appealed the youth of jammu and Kashmir to shut the violence and gear up the their future in different progressive schemes of the country . Shaheen said We welcome the Central Government initiative of giving amnesty to first time stone Pelter's but this is not enough as we believe those Youngsters who frequently pelt stone's need also to be given amnesty. Not only this we also demand that those Youngsters who are stone Pelter's needed to be counseled so that they live a dignified Life. Further more we also demand that Youngsters of the State need to be rehabilitated and be given employment opportunities so that they don't indulge in stone pelting & other crime's. While we have seen that every report of previous interlocutor's have been thrown in dust bin by the successive government's & people of the State have less expectations from the new Interlocutor, we firmly believe that this time the Report of Interlocutor will be implemented in letter and spirit so that there is a positive outcome of this exercise. Shaheen said jdu believe that Hurriyat Leadership has an important role in the Political discourse of Kashmir Valley, Subjected they have some sincerity towards the region and keep their efforts to rehabilitate the youth of valley and we can save the state to became next Syria . Even we know now one from outside can help us .we have to keep our best efforts to make our generation best future of the state . Referring to the irregular and erratic power supply in the rural areas, he alleged that the fee charged by the Power Department is in no way justified as the consumers don’t get even two hours of un-interrupted power supply. He said that people of the valley are complaining about poor power supply that has created numerous problems for the people in general. “Many areas in Kashmir are living under perpetual darkness in absence of electricity supply or due to extremely low voltage compelling people to arrange alternative sources of illumination during the peak hours of the day. This is a serious issue which merits immediate attention of government. Shaheen said Shaheen said we congratulate the new youth president who has been nominated from party shelkh nadeem and expressed hope in coming time he will gear up the party in jammu and kashmir (KNO)
